The Legacy of 100 Years
1924
SPRJ Kanyashala Trust is a non-profit organization that has been providing free education to underprivileged girls in Mumbai since 1924. Over the years, the Trust has helped thousands of girls to receive an education and improve their lives.
The Trust was founded by a group of social activists who recognized the importance of education for girls and the challenges faced by underprivileged families in providing it. They established a semi-English medium school, which provided quality education to girls who would otherwise have been denied this opportunity.
2023
In 2023, the SPRJ Kanyashala is celebrating 100 years of educating underprivileged girls. The Trust has come a long way since its inception, and its impact can be seen in the lives of the girls it has educated.
The Trust has produced many successful alumni who have gone on to become doctors, engineers, teachers, and entrepreneurs. These women are not only contributing to the economy but also breaking the social barriers that have traditionally held women back.
